Hello! I'm Terri Williams! I'm the Founder of Purple Pen Publishing.
I’m a wife, mother, educator and mentor who combines my background in education and enthusiasm for teaching and learning to create books for young children.
During my years as an educator, I spend time working with preschoolers and students with developmental challenges which fostered a joy for preparing children for kindergarten and providing them with the foundational building blocks to carry with them for the rest of their lives.
This passion is reflected through my children's books.
I previously worked with high school students, teaching life skills to teens with developmental challenges.
In addition, mentored teen parents on caring for their young infants and children.
